Igrice Igre - Online Flash Games

Igre Igrice -
As you impatiently wait for the new NFL season to begin, there are some games that you should mark on your calendar. I compiled a list of some of the games that I feel will be all the hype and more the action. The road to Super Bowl XLI (Forty-One) starts September 7, 2006.

Games To Watch For In 2006

Week 1
Indianapolis Colts at New York Giants

It’s the Manning Bowl. Finally, NFL fans will get to see the Manning brothers (Peyton Manning and Eli Manning) take their sibling rivalry to the next level when the Colts travel to the Meadowlands to battle the New York Giants. Both teams were knocked out of the playoffs in their first game in 2005, but will look to start the 2006 season in the right Direction.

Week 2
Washington Redskins at Dallas Cowboys

The rivalry has been rekindled. Last season, the underdog Washington Redskins traveled to Dallas for a Monday night showdown in week 2. For 56 minutes, Dallas was up by 13 points and clearly dominating the Skins. From nowhere, Redskins quarterback Mark Brunell throws 2 perfect TD strikes to wide receiver Santana Moss and the Redskins stun the cowboys 14-13. Later in the season, Washington destroys the Cowboys at Fedex field by a score of 35-7, virtually knocking them out of the playoffs. The Cowboys will be hungry for revenge, and the Redskins will be looking to win three straight against their arch rivals. The addition of Terrell Owens makes the Redskins job much harder this year.

Week 5
Dallas Cowboys at Philadelphia Eagles

If you’ve been under a rock for the last two years, then you will have absolutely no interest in this game. For those of you who watch NFL football on a regular basis, then you will realize the importance. First Terrell Owens signs with the Philadelphia Eagles, then he talks about his quarterback Donovan McNabb like a dog. Owens ask for his contract to be revised, but is denied. So he purposely becomes a distraction; tearing the team apart with his antics and statements until he is eventually cut. Now the NFL bad boy has found a home with Jerry Jones and the Cowboys (a team in the same division as the Eagles). This game will be the most hyped game in week 5. I doubt that it will be a disappointment.

Week 9
Denver Broncos at Pittsburgh Steelers

Last Year in the AFC Championship, the Pittsburgh Steelers traveled to Mile High Stadium in Denver as underdogs. The result of the game was a fifth Super Bowl appearance for the Steelers. Denver will be looking for revenge and the Steelers will be ready for a showdown. Without Jerome Bettis and Antwan Randle El in a black-and-gold uniform, the Super Bowl champion Pittsburgh Steelers will have more of a task this time around against the Broncos.

Indianapolis Colts at New England Patriots

It’s always a showdown when these two teams get together and it should be no different when the Colts travel to New England to face the Patriots. Last year, the Peyton Manning and the Colts got the cursed monkey off their backs when the stomped on the Patriots in a Monday night contest. Both teams are looking to bounce back from playoff losses in 2005. It is always fun to see Peyton Manning go head to head against Tom Brady.

Week 17
Pittsburgh Steelers at Cincinnati Bengals

In last years AFC wildcard game, the Steelers caught a lucky break when Bengals QB Carson Palmer went down with an ACL injury. The Steelers went on to win that game and eventually win the Super Bowl. The Bengals will have these games circled, and will also have their fingers crossed for a speedy return of Carson Palmer.

Other things to look out for in 2006

Terrell Owens and the Dallas Cowboys

How long will it take until we see Terrell Owens on the sidelines chewing out Drew Bledsode for a poorly thrown pass? Does the addition of Owens make the Dallas Cowboys a instant Super Bowl contender? Questions, Questions, Questions……

Reggie Bush, Vince Young, and Mat Leinert

Everybody will be tuned into the first hour of the 2006 NFL draft to see which teams these three college football icons go to. Then what impact will these players have in the NFL. Reggie Bush will be the biggest spotlight because it is more likely that he will be counted on to be an immediate impact. Vince Young, and Mat Leinert will most likely be some Veteran QB’s backup for the first year.

The Pittsburgh Steelers

Most teams that come off of a Super Bowl Victory (New England Patriots) slack off in the following year. Some teams fail to make the Playoffs. The Steelers will be the center of attention this year. They clearly are the team to be, but will they have enough to make another Super Bowl run.

Good news, parents. There are plenty of free Christmas online games for kids! Some are educational, some are easy, some are difficult, and some are funny! But the one thing they all have in common is that they are all fun. Your kids will love these online games. You may want to try your hand at some of them, but beware, there is something strangely addictive about playing these games.

Christmas Bells:

This is a very basic and easy activity for very young children. It's a wintery scene, it's snowing, and there are 7 different animals on the page each holding a bell. All you have to do is put the mouse on any of the bells and you hear music from the bell. Your little ones will really get a kick out of this.

Find The Differences Game:

In this game, there are 2 pictures side by side and the object is to find the differences between the 2 pictures. You just touch the mouse on any of the differences you find. The pictures contain an elf, a Christmas tree, and various gifts and decorations. To add to the fun, this is a timed game. You have 40 seconds to find the differences between the 2 pictures.

Santa's Stars:

Very cute game for young children. Set against a wintery background, Santa is in a sleigh. There are stars falling out of the sky. The object is to catch the yellow stars, but not the black ones. If you catch a black one, the game ends. This game keeps score of how many yellow stars you catch.

Christmas Tree Lights:

In this online game, you connect all the wires and bulbs on a Christmas tree and it lights up. Parts of the tree light up as you work to connect everything. It's hard to put this game down until you finish it and the tree is lit up.
